IT Service Desk Analyst - 2nd line - Fareham, £20,000 - £25,000 + benefits

IT Service Desk Analyst with Technical IT & Retail Applications support experience required to work in fast paced and fluid working environment. As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for IT, Infrastructure, Retail Applications & Technology Solutions on a second line level.

Ideally you will have worked in an IT Support / Service Desk role at 1st and 2nd line in some capacity and have a good solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and back office packages. You will need to fix issues quickly and experience with networks, Wi-Fi and general IT equipment would be preferred. Any experience and interest in SQL databases would be helpful.

From a softer skill set, you will naturally be calm, friendly and communicate well on the phone to a wide range of customers who have varying levels of IT knowledge.

You will be working Monday – Friday on a shift pattern, where 8am will be the earliest start, and 7pm will be the latest finish. There is a good team and IT department where there is development and progression opportunities.
